Ken & Makina bring over 13 years of experience in marketing sales and retail store development to their real estate business.  With Ken focused on aquisition, negotiation and marketing strategies, Makina compliments him with her experience in construction and design.  Over the last 5 years they have managed over $10M in sales accounts and construction projects throughout New York City, New Jersey and the Bay Area.
